Our Story
The Fox & Vivian has been an independent fixture on Clarendon Avenue since 2010, run by proprietor and head chef Matt. What started as a traditional Leamington local has grown into a proper pub and steakhouse — hand-cut, locally sourced Aberdeen Angus steaks alongside the kind of Sunday roast and pint of real ale you'd expect from a genuine neighbourhood pub. We're dog-friendly, we host everything from birthdays to sports socials in our private function room, and we've never lost the personality that made this place a local in the first place.
